Tier II Reports are due annually by March 1. Send your reports to Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) at https://www.tceq.texas.gov/permitting/tier2 and Bee County LEPC Information Coordinator any changes to emergency plan and/or contact information

Contact Ryan who is in charge of receiving, organizing and maintaining facility reports as required under SARA Title III. He also does the processing of all information requests from the public and prepares a planning template for use and enters initial data into the plan. As Information Coordinator for the County, he also issues Tier II updates at LEPC General Meetings as needed.
